Leverage Consulting Luxembourg (LCL), founded in 2017 by Jean-Francois Billin, is a consulting firm for financial sector. We provide support and guidance to financial organizations to reach operational and functional excellence. Our dual approach, based on business and technology simultaneous is our DNA. It represents a catalyst for digital transformation and business efficiency of our clients.

Our activity is divided into 4 Items : 1-Regulatory reporting (80%), 2-Core banking, 3-Dealing room, 4-Data.(20%). In 2025, we request approval from CSSF for the PSF agreement 29.3 and 29.2.

LCL employee 30 people. Our consultants are specialists of their domain. They are dedicated to our client teams for digital transformations. In 2024, we built a new business line in order to propose a new service, costum made : "Regulatory reporting As A Service". 

We propose to our clients to produce their regulatory reportings. The reportings can also be validated and delivered to the regulator by Leverage Consulting. Now, we are building a project based on IA and Data, with benefits dedicated to our client’s business teams. We would have a partnerships with local actors, public or semi-public, to realise it.

In 2025-2026, we have to expand our teams in order to carry out these projects and progress successfully.
