About the company

LTIMindtree PSF S.A. was established on 7th September 2017 and obtained the following PFS authorized statutes in January 2020 by the Ministry of Finance (“IT systems and communication networks operators of the financial sector” (article   29-3)). 


The activities started in March 2020. The purpose of the Company is to provide IT support and information processing services for the industrial and service sectors. LTIMindtree PSF is dedicated to all activities that are not projects related within LTIMindtree Group.


The aim of the company is to maintain and support Temenos products used by Financial Institutions, primarily in production but also in the underlying environments, Development, integration and user acceptance testing.


Our activities are segregated into 7 main services:


  1. Application Maintenance & Support Services (incident, support, on   call, governance, SPOC)

  2. Release Management Services (applications patching and correctives   maintenances)

  3. Application Enhancements Services (evolutions)

  4. Application operations Services (End of Day management, monitoring,   helpdesk, environment management)

  5. Business Continuity Services (support to the BCP and DRP exercises)

  6. Security Services (support to Audit and user’s management)

  7. Regulatory Services (maintenance of the existing regulatory report, COREP, FINREP, BOP, CDDP, etc.)
